Regan Ryan Hunt
Licensed Therapist & Two-Time Breast Cancer Thriver
My approach is grounded in a holistic, whole-person perspective, honoring the deep connection between mind, body, and inner wisdom that emerges through lived experience. Therapy and coaching sessions create space to process fear, grief, anger, and uncertainty, while also cultivating resilience, self-trust, and meaning during midlife and the transition into life after treatment.
I know firsthand the pain, loss, and trauma that cancer can bring, and I also support women who feel ready to explore how this experience may mark a meaningful turning point. Many clients describe cancer as a profound wake-up call—one that reshapes priorities, deepens self-compassion, and invites a richer, more authentic relationship with life and the body.
Depending on your clinical needs and state of residence, support may include psychotherapy or holistic coaching, in alignment with licensure requirements and professional ethics. I integrate evidence-based psychotherapy with mindfulness, somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle-centered wellness practices to support emotional healing alongside medical care.
Our work is collaborative and paced to meet you where you are—whether you are adjusting to life after treatment, navigating fear of recurrence, experiencing identity shifts, or feeling called to live with greater intention and alignment. This is a space where your experience is believed, your intuition is honored, and your healing is supported on every level.
